Do you accept commissions?

At the moment we're not open for any personal commission work, sorry!

Can I use your art for tattoos?

We're fine with our designs being used for personal tattoos. But please don't use our artwork to promote your tattoo business.

Can I buy prints of your artwork?

We only sell a selected collection of prints to purchase directly from us at in person events, like conventions!

Do you sell at conventions?

We absolutely do! Please check our Convention Schedule to see our next events.

Can you do customized products?

Unfortunately not. Our products are usually ordered in larger quantities, so customizing a single item is not possible.

Do you offer wholesale?

We're flattered if you want to stock AfternoonFika products in your shop! Send us an email at caro@afternoonfika.com to discuss details.

Please note that currently we're only interested in handling wholesale business within the EU.

I found someone selling your art/knockoff of your design!

As an independent artist the fight against art theft is rough for us... We truly appreciate all the help we can get finding art theft and knockoffs of our artwork and products. If you suspect our art has been used for monetary gain without our consent - send us an email at info@afternoonfika.com!

📦 Shipping & Delivery 📦

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping are calculated based on the weight and value of your order.

Smaller, flat orders including stickers can be sent via flat envelopes and stamps to keep the shipping cheaper. Please note that you can't track it if you choose this option and we are not held responsible for any missing orders.

When will my order ship?

In-Stock items are usually processed and shipped out within 5 business days. During shop updates and launches however, our order amount increases and therefore order processing times may go up.

Orders including Pre-Order items will ship once the Pre-Order items have arrived to us. To have In-Stock items and Pre-Order items shipped separately, you need to place separate orders. Visit our Pre-Order Updates page for the most recent news.

What are your delivery times?

Depending on your location, your order might take anywhere from 1-8 weeks from shipment date to arrive from us here in Sweden.


Our estimated shipping delivery times are as following:

Sweden: 1-2 business days  

EU: 1-2 weeks 

Rest of the world: 2-8 weeks

Please note that these are only estimates based on our own experiences shipping to these locations. Upon purchasing from our shop, you agree to these possible delivery times.


Please allow at least 8 weeks from shipment date to pass before you inquire about your order.

Can I get a tracking number?

During check-out, you have a fully trackable shipping option available. Please choose this option if you wish to be able to track your order later.


The standard shipping option is more economical but not fully trackable.


Orders exceeding a certain value are obligated to have tracking. 1000+ SEK orders get free shipping which is also fully trackable.

My tracking has stopped updating. Did it get lost in mail?

Swedish customers - All orders are fully trackable with PostNord, please make sure you follow it through your email or PostNord app. Larger orders will be delivered to a local pick-up point.

International customers - if you chose the standard shipping during check-out, it is common that the tracking stops updating once it leaves Sweden.

For fully international trackable shipping, you need to select the Tracked shipping option during check-out.

Please allow at least 8 weeks from shipment date to pass before you inquire about your order (international).

Tracking says delivered, but where is it?

Once orders ships out from us, it is the responsibility of the postal service to deliver your package. They are also the most qualified to help you in any delivery issues that might arise.


Orders might sometimes get marked as delivered once they reach your local post office to be delivered to you within the next few days. If you have not yet received it, we recommend checking with your neighbours or contact your local post office to see if they can locate it for you.


We are not held responsible for any damaged, stolen, or lost packages and shipping costs will not be refunded.

Do I have to pay any customs fees?

International customers are fully responsible for any customs fees that might occur upon receiving their order. We're always as accurate as possible on our customs forms and will not be lowering the value on the items. Please check your country's customs fees before ordering to avoid any surprises!

Can I change my shipping address?

Please contact us at info@afternoonfika.com as soon as possible to change your shipping address. Once your order has been shipped out, we are unable to change the address!

My order is a gift. Can you add a note?

Absolutely! During check-out, you can include any special instructions for us. To reduce waste we do not include any receipts by default.

We are more than happy to include a gift message but we don't offer gift wrapping services, unfortunately.

My order arrived damaged / I received the wrong item. What do I do?

Uh oh! Please send us an email at info@afternoonfika.com and provide us photos, and we'll help you from there!

What is your refund policy?

You can cancel your order at any time as long as it has not yet been shipped out. Once it has shipped out we don't accept any cancellations. 


We do not refund orders lost in mail that were shipped with the standard, untrackable option, but please contact us if you have not received it after 8 weeks and we'll help you. We also cannot refund tracked orders that has been marked as delivered.


If your order gets returned to us, we will try contacting you through email with the options of having your order reshipped for a re-shipment fee, or refund you for the items. We cannot refund any shipping costs for returned items.

Can I return my order?

All sales are final once shipped out, and we do not accept returns unless you received a wrong item.

I placed multiple orders. Can I combine them?

We can help you to combine your orders, and save shipping costs! Please email us at info@afternoonfika.com with your order numbers you wish to combine.

Please note that we are only able to combine orders that can fit into a single package. If your orders contain multiple large plushies we may not be able to combine them. Ask us about it!
